Introduction:
As every generation, also gen „Z” has goals and challenges in their career and in the balance between work and life. Nowadays to work as self-employed or find your place in the business sector is more natural and easier than a few years ago, but because of that reason it is also important to develop specific competences to work as an entrepreneur or a freelancer. It sounds very nice to be a freelancer, but do you know what kind of challenges one has to face in this lifestyle? Do you know what kind ofcompetences you need and how can you improve them?
On this youth exchange you can improve your skills, your entrepreneur competences, you will be in a supportive atmosphere to share and work on your business idea and get experience about how you can start to work on your own dream idea in groups.
We know that AI is also developing at an extremely fast pace, so we will discuss the role of AI in this sector and we will collect the best opportunities for us.
The youth exchange will have activities like: brainstorming, simulation game, team- building activities, presentations, role playing, meeting with different business analysis methods, leisure time activities, round table discussions etc. and of course with a lot of fun based on non-formal learning methods.
Aim of the training course:
The aim of the youth exchange is to provide an opportunity for young people to
understand what entrepreneurship means, sharing and getting experiences from those who are really beginners in the entrepreneur sector.
Specific objectives:
– to improve entrepreneurship competencies for beginners
– self-assessment
– to understand what does entrepreneurship means
– to understand the importance of self-reflection
– to collect cool business examples around the world
– get experience in business thinking and making plans
– to get a short insight into the best AI tools
– to provide space to working on business ideas in teams and present the result

About the venue:
Location: Balatonszárszó, Hungary
The participants will be accommodated in shared rooms, 2-5 per room. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, will be provided by the organizers.
All the instructions on how to arrive at the venue will be sent by email.
Checklist / What to do & what to bring:
Towel and your own hygiene equipment ( shower gel, shampoo, ect.)
Health insurance documents: the health/ travel insurance is in the responsibility of the participants, make sure you are covered during your trip.
Participants will be asked to bring their European Insurance Card and we will have available transportation to a nearby hospital in case of emergency.
Accommodation:
The travel arrangements will be done by the coordinating organisation. As soon as the participants are selected the project coordinator will get in touch for further arrangements. If the participant fails to attend the event the organisers shall be compelled to charge him/her for any travel expenses covered by the organisers.
We will buy your tickets in advance, as soon as you confirm your participation we will make you an offer.
- The accommodation and food will be covered 100% by the grant of Erasmus+ programme. We have a limited budget for travel costs. According to the restrictions of the Erasmus+ Programme we can only refund up to some of the travel cost, if the following points are fulfilled:
Your travel route is from your hometown to the venue in Hungary and back (if you are not traveling from your hometown, contact us previously). - You have chosen reasonable and economic means of transportation (cheap airlines, 2nd class trains, etc.)
- Your travel dates are according to the programme
- You have a receipt or invoice for the cost of your plane ticket and the boarding cards or the train/bus tickets
