Sketch the journey
Sketch the Journey was an Erasmus+ training course by StartUp Szeged that equipped educators with visual thinking tools to enhance youth learning and engagement. Focusing on diagrams, concept maps, and digital aids, the course showed how visuals improve understanding, retention, and problem-solving. Participants explored using these tools in both formal and non-formal settings, with a focus on collaboration, UI thinking, and digital skills. The project fostered a network of educators committed to using visual methods to boost learning outcomes and support youth with market-relevant skills.
Leadership skills on the spotlight
This training course aimed to strengthen youth work by developing key leadership skills among youth leaders and workers. Through non-formal and experiential learning, participants explored leadership theories, built practical skills, and reflected on their leadership styles.
