Project background:
The program will focus on four key areas: entrepreneurship, social media, soft skills, and communication. Participants will learn how to become young entrepreneurs, develop business plans, navigate the world of social media to grow their businesses, build and maintain relationships, and communicate effectively. Objectives:
Within this program participants will have the chance to further develop their skills.
- Planning: Participants can learn how to create a plan that outlines their vision, goals, and strategies for success.
- Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- They will also gain hands-on experience in using social media to promote their businesses, and will develop the soft skills needed to lead a team and build effective partnerships.

- Innovation and creativity: Participants will learn how to cultivate their innovative and creative skills and apply them to their business in unique and impactful ways.

Participants will learn how to create a business plan, manage finances, develop marketing and sales strategies, lead teams, cultivate innovation and creativity, and network effectively. The ideal participant profile for the training course individuals who:
- 18-30 years old
- Able to work and communicate in English
- Be fully available during the whole youth exchange
- Have a passion for entrepreneurship and starting their own business
- Have an idea for a business, or are in the early stages of starting one
- Are dedicated to learning and growing their entrepreneurial skills
- Have a desire to positively impact their community and the world at large
- Are looking to connect with like-minded individuals and build relationships that can support their business success.
The methodology :
The program will be based mostly on non-formal education and its holistic approach. The participants will improve their competencies mentioned above through non-formal methods like brainstorming sessions, group works, simulation, role play, open group discussion. The participants will have the opportunity to have an open space for reflection at the end of each day. Beside the mentioned methods and activities other methods will be adapted based on the needs and experiences of participants by the facilitators of the project.

Financial Conditions/ Reimbursements:
We will organise the travel for you!
The course is implemented in the frame of the Erasmus+ Programme. The costs – including costs of full-board and accommodation during the program – will be covered by the organisers.
Participants are expected to cover insurance and any additional personal expenses.
If the participant fails to attend the event the organisers shall be compelled to charge him/her for any travel expenses covered by the organisers.
Accommodation and Food:

The participants will be accommodated in shared rooms, 2-3 per room. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, will be provided by the organizers.
All the instructions on how to arrive at the venue will be sent by email.
ONLY INTERNATIONAL TRAVELS ARE COVERED!
The travel arrangements will be done by the coordinating organisation. As soon as the participants are selected the project coordinator will get in touch for further arrangements.

Checklist / What to do & what to bring:
- Health insurance documents: the health/ travel insurance is in the responsibility of the participants, make sure you are covered during your trip
- Participants will be asked to bring their European Insurance Card and we will have available transportation to a nearby hospital in case of emergency.
