Idea Challenge is a competition of creative ideas that we organize together with MeOut Group for recent graduates and university students who love challenges. Idea Challenge turns Challenge MeOut in 2021!
What happens during the race in 72 hours,
more than problem solving and brainstorming.
Participants will build long-term relationships with each other and who knows, maybe they will be the next Steve Jobs, Steven Wozniak duo! It’s also in the deck that they’re leaving the race with a new job offer in their pocket.
During the competition, everyone works hard and more importantly, enjoys every moment of the competition.
It’s an opportunity for you to stand out and step up your game. Bring your idea, learn, connect, gather your team and create something extraordinary in a day with the help of our mentors!
The participants are coming from the V4 countries (Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary) from the Western Balkan states (Albania Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia) and from the Euroasian Startup Awards participating countries (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russian Federation, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan).
During the competition, in addition to getting to know the participants better, our partners will also have the opportunity to present the company’s activities and corporate culture, and we will provide them with the greatest possible access on our online interfaces.

Slovakia
an independent environmental analyst, speaker, publisher, adjunct researcher cooperating with GPoT Center, SIOV SK, TechsummitSK. She is the alumni of Comenius University, International Academy for Leadership (IAF), ASPEN CE, Climate Reality Leadership Corps. Among other she worked at the Ministry of Environment, Water Research Institution SK, IBM or the Diplomatic Corps.
Czech Republic

Azerbaijan

A committed executive with a diverse track record and 15 years of professional experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, banking and financial services. An unrelenting solution seeker and mentor to the most adamant challenges. A solid team leader with meticulous attention to details on strategy and business development. Currently Zaur holds a key role in establishment and management of IBA Innovation Center – an open innovation program of International Bank of Azerbaijan that curates Bank’s digital/online services and fosters the development of innovation ecosystem in the country and as well as IBA Tech Academy – IBA’s programming school designated to develop a competitive Human Capital in the country.
Albania
a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana for the subjects of International Business, Research Methods and Marketing Communications. She completed her MBA studies at the Institute Universitarie Kurt Bosch, based in Sion, Switzerland. Rejla Bozdo was awarded with the degree “Doctor of Economic Sciences” in 2015, from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, with the study entitled “The relationship between corporate brand, reputation and public relations”. She is the author of scientific articles in international journals on various topics related to marketing, public relations, social responsibility, consumers and markets, economics.
She is a public figure in Albania and a prominent discussant in media panels. Rejla had been a member of Tirana Municipal Council in the mandate (2015-2019).
In 2019, she co-founded the non-profit organization Changemakers Albania, which aims to create change in various fields in Albania, with the main focus on young people, women, talented people and the disadvantaged. Since then, she is the Executive Director of this center.
Hungary
Péter is a serial entrepreneur, co-founder of (1) the Global Startup Awards, the largest independent startup ecosystem competition; (2) XO.company, a globally operating innovation agency; (3) IseeQ, an international end-to-end recruitment solutions agency, (4) Budapest Startup Safari, the biggest annual startup event in Hungary and (5) xLabs, a market lead UX design school. His ultimate mission is to participate in the creation of a better integrated and globally interconnected startup ecosystem.
Poland

Specialized in the international trade, history of economic thought, field of international economics and development. International didactic and research experience at universities in: China, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, Vietnam, USA. Visiting Professor at UBT in Kosovo. Author and leader over 25 projects funded by European Union (Leonardo da Vinci, Erasmus+), Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, Polish National Center for Culture. Within programme of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Poland, member of team establishing European Center Studies in Asia. Experienced in the process of commercialization of scientific results. Member of research teams: “Geoeconomy”, “Economic Powers”, “Transatlantic Free Trade Area”. Responsible for intersectoral cooperation (business, academics, public administration).
Georgia
Chief Executive Officer at Terminal – the largest co-working space in the Region. Under Jino’s leadership, the foundation of the co-working industry was laid and developed in Georgia. This was preceded by many years of experience in the hospitality industry where she was managing a large resort. Jino gained the most experience and knowledge in the United States where she lived for many years and worked in various fields. Her challenge is to lead new industries, build a professional team and run a business from the scratch.
Kazakhstan
PhD, Chairman of the board and co-founder of Business-incubator MOST, Head of Corporate Innovation Department at Astana International Financial Center, entrepreneur, lecturer, head of such projects as programming and robotics school “High School: Intro to IT through games development”, smart e-medicine system “GlucoWays”, Almaty smart bus-stops “City Router”. He is graduate of the acceleration program for startups called STEP (Silicon Valley, USA). For more than 9 years Alim is actively developing startup-ecosystem of Kazakhstan and Central Asia, leads many Startup Weekends around the region as official facilitator, works as a mentor and often speaks on different technological conferences, Seedstars ambassador.
