Expected learning outcomes:
As a result, participants will be able to continue their business with a more informed attitude and will be inspired.
Participants will have an expanded network of contacts and may even make important future contacts for their business. By the improved competences, they will have the opportunity to improve their business.
They will have a common understanding of entrepreneur mindset, critical thinking, and the importance of self-consciousness. They will have experience in cooperating successfully in teams, get concrete techniques on how they can handle stress, and keep their motivation in their career.

COSTS AND TRAVEL:
The travel arrangements will be done by the coordinating organisation. As soon as the participants are selected the project coordinator will get in touch for further arrangements.
If the participant fails to attend the event the organisers shall be compelled to charge him/her for any travel expenses covered by the organisers.
We will buy your tickets in advance, as soon as you confirm your participation we will make you an offer.
The accommodation and food will be covered 100% by the grant of Erasmus+ programme. We have a limited budget for travel costs. According to the restrictions of the Erasmus+ Programme we can only refund up to some of the travel cost, if the following points are fulfilled:
Your travel route is from your hometown to the venue in Hungary and back (if you are not traveling from your hometown, contact us previously).
You have chosen reasonable and economic means of transportation (cheap airlines, 2nd class trains, etc., NO TAXI)
Your travel dates are according to the programme
You have a receipt or invoice for the cost of your plane ticket and the boarding cards or the train/bus tickets
ABOUT THE TRAINER:
Ádam Rikter is a seasoned trainer with extensive international experience. He has delivered training courses in various topics, including entrepreneur competencies, soft skills development, and job competencies for companies and continuously facilitating training and meetings for the Hungarian national agency called Tempus Public Foundation. He is a freelancer trainer who has real experience as an entrepreneur. From 2017-2020 he was the co-founder and COO of a coworking space called GRABOVSKY. Based on his experiences he developed training in the topic of entrepreneurship competencies.
Objectives:
– Understand and raise awareness of the entrepreneurial mindset
– To understand the importance of self-consciousness
– Having experience in cooperating successfully in teams
– To learn how motivation and stress work
– Learn about time management and project management
– To learn methods for goal setting and how to make a business plan
– To understand the importance of planning and to be focused
– To be focused on digital solutions
Project Description:
This soft skills training is for young people who are already freelancers, entrepreneurs, digital nomads (or would like to become a digital nomad), and for those, who want to improve their entrepreneurial mindset.
Depending on the openness of the participants, a one-day hackathon can be included in the program. It will depend on the composition of the group, the needs, and the existing patchwork.
During the training we will work on the most important entrepreneur competencies like self-assessment, how to cooperate in teams or manage processes, how to think out of the box, communication , and how to make a possible business plan. This will be a learning-by-doing training , meaning participants will have experiences in the topics above.
Participants Profile:
- – 18 years old and above
- – Able to communicate and work in English
- – Interested in digital innovation and technology
- – Motivated to actively participate in all aspects of the youth exchange, including group discussions, workshops and practical exercises
- – Respectful towards diverse perspectives and experiences of fellow participants
- – Freelancer entrepreneur / Digital nomad
- – Already an entrepreneur
- – Leader in organizations / Small company leader
CHECKLIST/WHAT TO DO & WHAT TO BRING:
Towel and your own hygiene equipment ( shower gel, shampoo, ect.)
Medicine (in case you need, you know what works best for you)
Health insurance documents: the health/ travel insurance is in the responsibility of the participants, make sure you are covered during your trip.
Participants will be asked to bring their European Insurance Card and we will have available transportation to a nearby hospital in case of emergency.

The participants will be accommodated in shared rooms, 2-5 per room. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, will be provided by the organizers.
All the instructions on how to arrive at the venue will be sent by email.
REMINDER: We will also ask for the boarding passes, bus/train/metro tickets so be sure to keep them!
