Expected learning outcomes

Knowledge about useful tools for leadership development, goal-setting, planning, and
effective communication.
Skills of teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving developed through
various group projects and simulations. Participants will also enhance their emotional
intelligence, resilience, and self-confidence through dedicated workshops.
 
Attitudes of confidence and motivation to pursue entrepreneurial ideas, contribute positively
to their communities, and bring innovation in their respective fields.

Objectives:

Equip participants with practical entrepreneurial skills such as leadership development,
teamwork, effective goal-setting, planning, and communication.
-Facilitate personal growth through workshops on emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-
confidence.
-Encourage creativity and innovation through artistic and entrepreneurial projects that
address societal challenges.
-Inspire participants to pursue entrepreneurial ventures, contribute positively to their
communities, and bring innovation in their respective fields.

Project Description

This youth exchange program aims to inspire and equip young people with the mindset and
skills necessary for entrepreneurship, self-development, and creativity.
Participants will engage in diverse workshops, interactive sessions, and collaborative
projects aimed at strengthening their entrepreneurial spirit.
Each day of the program is designed to help young entrepreneurs bring their visions to life.
Throughout the week participants will be given an opportunity to explore their potential to
innovate, create, and lead in an intercultural environment.

Target Group of the Project:

The project is designed for:

  • Young People (18-30 years old):
    • Enthusiastic individuals eager to make a positive impact in their communities.
    • Those interested in developing leadership skills and promoting active citizenship.
    • Professionals working with young people, aiming to enhance their ability to guide and support youth initiatives.
    • Those committed to fostering a culture of active citizenship within their organisations.
    • Individuals representing local organisations or community groups interested in collaborating with young leaders.
    • Those dedicated to creating opportunities for youth participation in community development.

COSTS AND TRAVEL

The travel arrangements will be done by the coordinating organisation. As soon as the
participants are selected the project coordinator will get in touch for further arrangements.
If the participant fails to attend the event the organisers shall be compelled to charge him/her
for any travel expenses covered by the organisers.
We will buy your tickets in advance, as soon as you confirm your participation we will make
you an offer.
The accommodation and food will be covered 100% by the grant of Erasmus+ programme.
We have a limited budget for travel costs. According to the restrictions of the Erasmus+

Programme we can only refund up to some of the travel cost, if the following points are
fulfilled:
• Your travel route is from your hometown to the venue in Hungary and back (if you are not
traveling from your hometown, contact us previously).
• You have chosen reasonable and economic means of transportation (cheap airlines, 2nd
class trains, etc., NO TAXI)

• Your travel dates are according to the programme
• You have a receipt or invoice for the cost of your plane ticket and the boarding cards or the
train/bus tickets

ABOUT THE VENUE

Location: Balatonszárszó, Hungary

The participants will be accommodated in shared rooms, 2-5 per room. Breakfasts, lunches,
and dinners, will be provided by the organizers.
All the instructions on how to arrive at the venue will be sent by email.
REMINDER: We will also ask for the boarding passes, bus/train/metro tickets so be
sure to keep them!
About the Trainer
Tamar (Tako) Tsatskrialashvili is a trainer in environmental sustainability and personal
development. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master’s in PR, Tako has 5 years of
experience in international youth work. She is a member of the Trainers’ Pool of the Youth
Department of the Council of Europe. She designs and implements educational programs
based on non-formal education with various non-profit organisations. She has worked as a
project coordinator, course director, trainer, and facilitator on over 25 international activities.
Checklist / What to do & what to bring:
Towel and your own hygiene equipment ( shower gel, shampoo, ect.)
Medicine (in case you need, you know what works best for you)
Health insurance documents: the health/ travel insurance is in the responsibility of the
participants, make sure you are covered during your trip.
Participants will be asked to bring their European Insurance Card and we will have available
transportation to a nearby hospital in case of emergency.

Expected learning outcomes

Knowledge of essential digital tools and the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in
various fields, as well as insight into successful digital innovation practices and their
applications in community settings.
Skills of digital literacy, communication, teamwork, critical thinking and problem-
solving, developed through various group projects and simulations.
Attitudes of responsibility towards ethical and responsible use of AI and digital
technologies, as well as confidence and motivation to use digital technologies for
creating positive societal impact.
 

Objectives:

Develop participants’ soft skills, such as teamwork, communication, and problem-
solving, through collaborative digital projects.
Enhance digital literacy and the ethical use of AI technologies among young people.
Improve leadership, creativity, and digital skills by engaging participants in diverse
activities based on non-formal education, including group projects, simulations, and
workshops.

“Digital Innovators Exchange” is designed to equip young people with the skills and key
competencies needed for the digital age. The role of AI is increasing in terms of addressing
global challenges like climate change and healthcare access. By increasing the curiosity
among young people about digital solutions early on, they can become future innovators and
stay competitive in the job market. It also ensures that the use of AI is ethical, responsible
and it benefits society. This program will bring together participants from different countries
and backgrounds to engage in hands-on workshops, collaborative projects, and interactive
sessions focused on digital innovation, AI and its applications.
